Cole Horowitz
Cole founded Rockbrook in 2019, after serving in Director Level roles at NAI Robert Lynn, and WeWork. With a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies/Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, nearly a decade of industry experience, and unparalleled market knowledge, Cole and his team are able to act quickly on opportunities that meet our investment criteria. In Cole’s spare time he enjoys playing golf, skiing and road biking.

Jon Birnbrey
Along with 15+ years of industry experience, Jon brings tremendous value in optimization of strategy & operations for the company. Prior to co-founding Rockbrook in 2019, Jon had a successful career representing national retailers and restaurants as a partner with the Atlanta-based firm, The Shopping Center Group. In his spare time, Jon enjoys, spending time with his three children, supporting charitable foundations, and golf.

Liam Wagner joined Rockbrook Equity as Director of Acquisitions after excelling through the ranks at Younger Partners, where he earned recognition as a D CEO Power Broker for 2026. With a Bachelor's from LSU and several years of hands-on experience in industrial investment sales across the DFW market, Liam brings deep market knowledge, strong relationships, and a proven ability to identify and close high-value opportunities that align with Rockbrook's investment criteria. In his spare time, Liam enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
